Asia's Top Cities

Penang and Kuala Lumpur been ranked among top 10 cities in Asia by a leading Asia magazine Asiaweek. Other 2 of the Southeast Asia or ASEAN cities also among the list. Kuching has raise it ranked from number 21 to 11. Tokyo take the first place from Fukuoka while Singapore fall from 3 to 4. These cities are judged by several indicators such as transportation, average income, percentage of population with piped water, GDP growth, unemployment rate, ratio of housing price per income, average life expentancy, annual urban inflation rate and vehicle per kilometre per city road.
